Variable Data Printing Inspection
- High speed 100% inspection system for security printing.
- Capable of providing optical character recognition for human readable characters. The Viper can also simultaneously read and match 1D and 2D bar codes and check for sequence errors such as missing or duplicate serial numbers. Positional tolerance of variable printing can also be verified.
Pharmaceutical Printing Inspection
- High speed inspection system for pharmaceutical printing.
- 100% inspection up to 1,000 FPM with defect sizes as small as .005" with up to 12 cameras per system. Fully 21CFR Part11 compliant with full documentation and audit trial data.

Converting Inspection
- Real-time gauging and dimensional measurement
- Automatically measures the X and Y position of printing or die cutting and alerts the operator to out of specification conditions. The software also has the ability to measure the angle, radius and center and provide SPC data.
